OLF’s university girl captives: Where are they all? Where are those who have been “rescued” by the regime?
Achamyeleh Tamiru
It has been two days now since the regime has told that it has managed the release of 13 girls and 4 boys who were kidnapped by the terrorist organization called Oromo Liberation Army (OLF), the armed wing of the OLF, in Western Ethiopia. However, neither their families nor the public have been told of their whereabouts by the Abiy regime or been able to establish contact with them. Nigussu Tilahun! Where are the 13 girls and 4 boys you told us on the state TV that the regime has negotiated their released from the OLF’s captivity?
NB: OLF is Africa’s deadliest terrorist group. In its ever more violent quest to create a republic by taking the land of indigenous ethnic groups of central and western Ethiopia, the group has killed tens of thousands of innocent Amharas of Ethiopia, razed their villages and forced more than a million of ethnic Gedios to flee their homes over the past one year alone. Over the past one year and half, under the watch of Nobel Peace Prize laureate 2019, Abiy Ahmed, OLF has also forced 36,000 students quit their university studies, killed more that 20 local, regional and federal officials, burned hotel, church and school buildings and abducted married women from other tribes in Western Ethiopia and gang-raped them.
