ኢትዮጵያ ከግብፅ በዓመት 5መቶ ቢሊዮን ዶላር በመቀበል በግብፅ ቅኝ ለመገዛት ተስማማች! (ሚካኤል አራጌ)

አዲስ ፣ ያልነበረ ፣ መብት በማጎናፀፍ (ግብፅ በኢትዮ ውሃ ላይ መብት አላት የሚል አዲስ የቅኝ ግዛትን ውልን ተቀብላ) ኢትዮ ለግብፅ 31 billion cubic meters ለመስጠት ፕሮፖዛል አቅርባለች:: ግብፅም ውስጧ በሃሴት ተሞልቶ፤ ለይምሰል <የበለጠ ጨምሪ!> በማለት በቶሎ ለመፈራረምና በታሪክ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ህጋዊ መብት ለማግኘት ስምምነቱ በቶሎ እንዲከናወን ከፍተኛ የሙስናና የሃሰተኛ(ሃይብራድ) ፕሮፖጋንዳ በጀት መድባለች እየተንቀሳቀሰች ነው።

ከ2025 ጀምሮ በህዝብ ቁጥር መጨመር ፣ በአየር ንብረት ለውጥና በልማት ፍላጎት ምክንያት የኢትዮ መሰረታዊ የውሃ ፍላጎትን ማሟላት አይቻልም(ዳቪድ ና ኮሊንስ 2002):: የኢትዮ-ግብፅ (የኢትዮ ብልፅግና) የሚባለው አይዶሎጂው የማይታወቅ ፖርቲ ፣ setting a very dangerous historical, political and legal precedent ፣ ኢትዮ እንድትበለፅግ ወሳኝና ውሱን የሆነውን(ለኢትዮ እራሱ የማይበቃውን) የውሃ ሃባቷን አሳልፎ ሰጥቷል:: ጠቅላይ አቃቢውና የደህነነቱ ሹሙ ከአረቦች ሙስናና እየተደረገ ካለው የሰጠ ውይይት ጋር በተያያዘ ኦዴፓ ፣ ኦነግና ከኢትዮ ብልፅግና አባላቶች ጋር በተያያዘ ከፍተኛ እስር ማድረግና ክስ መመስረት ሲገባው በግብፅ ቁጥጥር ስር መሆኑን አስመስክሯል።

N.B ካርቱም ፣ ሱዳን ላይ በሚገናኙት የሰማያዊና(አባይ ወንዝ) የነጭ ናይል ድብልቅ የሆነው ናይል 90% የሚሆነው ውሃ ከሰማያዊ ናይል(ከአባይ ወንዝ) ፣ ከዐማራ ክልል ፣ ከኢትዮ ያገኛል።

ማሰላሰያ

በረሃማዎቹን የአፋርና የሱማሌ ክልሎችን ለኑሮ እንዳይመቹ ፣ በረሃና ስራ የማይሰራባቸው ክልሎች እንዲሆኑ ያደረገው የቦታ እጥረት አይደለም ። የውሃ ሃብት ሰለሌላቸው ነው። ኢትዮም የውሃ ሃብቷን አለመጠቀም ብቻ ሳይሆን ባግባቡ መጠቀም እማትችል ከሆነ ከሁለት አስርት አመታት ቦሃላ 63% የሚሆኑት የምዕራብ ኢትዮ( የኢትዮ አረንጎዴ ቦታዎች) ወደ በረሃማነት ይቀየራሉ።

1. Egypt has never had, doesn’t have and will never have any legal right over the waters, or the rain, or the trees, among others, in the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands, of Ethiopia. As a result, Ethiopia won’t enter into any circumscribed, or inscribed, negotiation but a friendly discussion irregularly.

2. That Egypt has been overusing the underutilized water[potential] coming from Ethiopian highlands doesn’t mean that Egypt should continue to do so.

3. Ethiopia is the only country in Africa that has never been colonized. Nor has any entity, purportedly, or legally, ever singed, on Ethiopia’s behalf, so as to give any right to Egypt on the waters of the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands.

4. Egypt must stop bluffing about going to war or sponsoring radicals in Ethiopia. As a matter of fact, it’s a high time the Egyptian ambassador to Ethiopia get kicked out. Any discussion or agreement made by the current government will be torn apart. In fact, It’s a matter of a short period of time before we’ll arrest members of the current government one by one. Consequently, now isn’t the best time to carry out a meaningful discussion.

5. The marketing stunt, or the discussion frame, should be as to who owns the water, the rain, and the trees, among others, in the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands. The Ethiopian government shouldn’t enter into any discussion(of course not any negotiation) which from the outset, purportedly and insidiously, frames Ethiopian water as Nile. The Nile isn’t in Ethiopia. Nor it’s a source of water to Ethiopia. Nor it’s a brand name used, or known, in the legal documents of the Amhara regional state of Ethiopia. As a result, the title, the branding and the draft, among others, of whatever, should concretely be written as ” the water, the rain, and the trees, among others, in the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands, of Ethiopia, or who owns, or control, the water in the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands” should there be any discussion about ownership and control.

Will Egypt go to war with the people of Ethiopia if the Ethiopian highlands, which is fully occupied by the Amhara tribe, cease to generate water, or turn in to a desert, as a result of exacerbating deforestation for energy consumption, such as the reckless production of charcoal?

The dam, which will enforce a culture of afforestation in the Ethiopian highlands, and a significant reduction in the production of charcoal(carbon) as a source of energy, would positively impact Egypt exponentially. As a result, as opposed to getting insanely envious, Egypt should be super excited about it.

Solution: what most Ethiopian newspaper call ” The art of the deal, or the green new deal”

What’s that?

The discussion between Ethiopia and Egypt should be exclusively about as to how Egypt will contribute to greening up the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands, which produces nearly 90% of the water that flows in to Egypt, such as a 5-11% water tax on Egyptians which will be streamlined to keeping green as well as developing additional energy capacities in the Amhara regional state, which is the sole, or the statically very significant, source of water for the Nile ; as to how to get to fill in the Grand Renaissance Ethiopia Dam swiftly, and generate power, so the mass production of charcoal will come to halt in the Amhara regional state, Ethiopian highlands; and as to when Egypt and et ll will stop sponsoring the notorious Haji Jewar and his Al-qeros, among other, unpopular and statically insignificant , foreign agents of division, devastation and instability in Ethiopia.

If Egypt, for its own sake, doesn’t stop behaving improperly, such as hyping with false, premium and insidious propaganda internationally, and sponsoring instability in Ethiopia, among others, then Ethiopia must not rule out blocking the waters of its highlands stream by stream. We have enough, ugly, historical versatile data(intel) on Egypt’s stupid active and pro-active role in destabilizing Ethiopia from many years a go.

—The void discussion with Egypt that Gedu Andergachew, minister of foreign affairs, is carrying out won’t hold any water as the content, the branding, the terms, and the condition, among others, of the discussion, hasn’t been approved by the legislative, executive and judiciary body of the regional assembly of the Amhara regional state.

— The idea that “you shouldn’t tap into your water potential and hence you must live with poverty because we, in Egypt, have been overusing your water and are dependent on it” is a super-insane one the kind of which I haven’t read before.

— If Egypt falsely and absurdly claims that it has any right, or entitlement, on the waters and the trees, among others, in the Amhara regional state of Ethiopia, then Ethiopia should stop any discussion with Egypt. Any false claim, or accusations, by Egypt shouldn’t be tolerated by any means.

Mmmm: Which of the following idea is super-insane?

A)I — Egypt, a country that has been getting billions of cubic meters of waters from your very natural resources for free — wanna build a trillion-dollar economy on the sand and deserts of Egypt. Consequently, I don’t want you, Ethiopia, to build an economy beyond a couple of hundreds of billions. Nor would I care if your existential threat is compromised as a result of my free consumption of your natural resources unceasingly.

B)The inherent, or implicit, idea that you must die of drought and hunger, among others, because we in Egypt need your water. As a result, don’t use your sovereign water resources for irrigation and power generation, among others, like us, not even the lowest quartile fraction of what we have got the most out of your water. Ethiopia is a living accessory for Egypt: maintain that its God-given high lands hold precipitation, and, without tapping for its greatest need, deliver billions of cubic meters of water to sustain life on the sand and desert of Egypt.

C) That we Egyptians have done all we can so as to fragment, destabilize and weaken Ethiopia so as to prevent it from tapping its water resources for a century. And, we, on the background, will do anything that will continue to intercept you from exploiting your potential while we play friendly with you on the foreground.

D) Ethiopia must not demand compensation, or opportunity cost, worth trillions of USD in water, or value-added service, charges to Egypt(for the most part) and Sudan(to some extent, and can be paid off through Sudanize oil) even when its need for investing in greening up its highlands is imperative.

E) I, Egypt, don’t uphold international water laws under the protocol of equitable utilization, which is the more subtle version of the doctrine of absolute sovereign territory, arguing that a nation-state has absolute rights to all water flowing through, or originated from its territory.

F) I, Egypt, demand that Ethiopia, in its constitution, incorporate a law that will guarantee from 30 — 60 billion cubic meters of water to Egypt. I won’t bother to ask the rest of the Nile Bazin countries tapping their water potential. I , discriminately, want to demand Ethiopia alone.

G) The World Bank, under a considerable long term loan, is ready to finance Egypt’s default payment of compensation, or opportunity cost, worth trillions of USD in water, or value-added service, bill to Ethiopia over five years period. Nevertheless, I, Egypt, don’t want to pay for that. I only want water, and I demand that.

H) I, Egypt, actively and proactively, will continue to accuse Ethiopia through unethical, insidious, premium marketing hypes.

I) I, Egypt, firmly believe that my words, thoughts, and deeds aren’t counterproductive strategically.

J) I, Egypt, will declare a war by striking Ethiopia’s absolute sovereign dam while Ethiopia won’t retaliate with striking our nuclear plants.

K) I, Egypt, a majority Muslim country, member of the Arab League, will mobilize the Arab League to condemn Ethiopia, a historical majority Judial-Christian country, for not complying with my demand of being a living accessory for Egypt in the backdrop of debilitating its provinces with drought, poverty, and death perpetually.

L) I, Egypt, own, manage and control Ethiopia which must listen to what I say as a non-sovereign country under my colony.
