የአባገዳዎች የጂምላ ግድያውና የመካነ-መቃብራቸው ኃውልት ከላይ በፎቶግራፍ ይስተዋላል፡፡ በኦሮሚያ ክልል ውስጥ የ‹‹ኮሬ ነጌኛ›› የገዳዬች ቡድን በሰብዓዊ መብቶች ጥስት፣ በህግ ውጪ ግድያና ህገወጥ እስራት በመፈፀም በህብረተሰቡ ውስጥ ይታወቃል፡፡ ‹‹ኮሬ ነጌኛ›› ዋነኛ ዓላማዎቹ ውስጥ ‹‹የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ሠራዊት›› ማጥፋትና በኦሮሚያ ክልል ውስጥ ተከታይ እንዳይኖረውና የጸጥታና ደህንነት ሥጋት እንዳይሆን ማድረግ ነው፡፡
የሮይተርስ የምርመራ ቡድን ጥናት መሠረት በኦሮሚያ ክልል ውስጥ ህዝባዊ እንቢተኛነትና አመፅ እንዳይነሳ በህቡዕ የሚንቀሳቀሰው ገዳይ ቡድን ህገወጥ ግድያና እስራት በመፈፀም የኦሮሞ ህዝብ በፍርሃትና በስጋት ውስጥ እንዲኖርና የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ሠራዊትን እንዳይደግፍ አድርገውታል፡፡ የሮይተርስ የምርመራ ቡድን ሠላሳ የሚሆኑ የፌዴራልና የክልል ኃላፊዎችን፣ ዳኞችን፣ የጥቃቱ ሠለባ የሆኑ ሰዎችን ቃለ-መሠይቅ እንዳደረገላቸውና የፖለቲካና የህግ ዶሴዎችን እንደመረመረ ገልፆል፡፡ ቀሪውን ከድረገፁ ያንብቡ፡፡ በኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ላይ የደረሰውን የስብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰት፣ ግድያና አስገድዶ መሰወር ወንጀሎች በዓለም አቀፍ ፍርድ ቤት (International Criminal court) ኮነሬል አብይ ከነገዳዬቻቸው መቅረባቸው አይቀርም በህብረት እንታገል፡፡“The Koree Nageenyaa committee in Ethiopia’s Oromiya region, operating under Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s government, has been implicated in human rights violations, including extra-judicial killings and illegal detentions. - ከደቡብ ሱዳን ድንበር አስር ኪሎሜትር አካባቢ (10km of the border with South Sudan)
- ከኢትዮጵያ ድንበር መቶ ኪሎሜትር ርቀት ከሱማሌና ኬንያ አንዲሁም ከኢትዮጵያ ሱማሌ ክልል ውስጥና አካባቢ(100km of the Ethiopian border with Somalia and Kenya in Ethiopia’s Somali region, and within
- ከኢትዮጵያ ድንበር ሠላሳ ኪሎሜትር ርቀት ከሱማሌ ውስጥ በፋፋን ዞን ከድንበር ከተሞች በስተቀርና ከዋጃሌ ባሻገር እና ከዋናው መንገድ መኃል ከጂጂጋና ዋጃሌ (30km of the Ethiopian border with Somalia in Fafan zone, except the border town and crossing at Wajale, and the principal road between Jijiga and Wajale)
- ከኬንያ ድንበር አስር ኪሎሜትር አካባቢ እንዲሁም ከዋናው መንገድና ከተሞች በስተቀር (10km of the border with Kenya, except for principal roads and towns )
- ከኤርትራ ድንበር አስር ኪሎሜትር አካባቢ (10km of the border with Eritrea)
(1) የትግራይ ክልል Tigray region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመንዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ወደ ትግራይ ክልል የሚደረግ ጉዞን ሲያግዱ ከመቐለ ከተማና አገናኝ መንገዶች በስተቀር፣ ከማይጨው በስተ ደቡብ አቅጣጫ በኩል፣ ከአዲግራት በስተ ሰሜን አቅጣጫ በኩል፣ ከአቢ አዲ፣ አድዋና ሽሬ ምስራቅና ሰሜን ምስራቅ አቅጣጫ በኩል፣ ከአባላ በስተ ምዕራብ በትግራይ አፋር ድንበር በኩል ለተጎዞች እግድ ተጥሎል፡፡(FCDO advises against all travel to Tigray region except the towns and connecting roads of Mekelle southward to Maychew northwards to Adigrat west and north-westward to Abiy Addi, Adwa and Shire eastward to Abala on the Tigray-Afar border.
(2) አማራ ክልል Amhara region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ወደ አማራ ክልል የሚደረግ ሁሉንም ጉዞ አግዶል፡፡ FCDO advises against all travel to Amhara region.
(3) አፋር ክልል Afar region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ መቶ ኪሎሜትር ከትግራይ ድንበር በስተ ሰሜን አንሰባ ከተማ አቅጣጫ በኩል፣ ሠላሳ ኪሎሜትር ከትግራይ ድንበር በስተ ደቡብ አንሰባ ከተማ አቅጣጫ በኩል እንዲሁም አስር ኪሎሜትር በኤርትራ ድንበር በኩል ያለውን ሥፍራ የጉዞ እገዳ ያካትታል፡፡ FCDO advises against all travel to areas of Afar region within: 100km of the border with Tigray to the north of Anseba town 30km of the border with Tigray to the south of Anseba town 10km of the border with Eritrea
(4) ጋምቤላ ክልል Gambella region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ወደ ጋምቤላ ክልል የሚደረግ ሁሉንም ጉዞ አግዶል፡፡ FCDO advises against all travel to Gambella region.
(5) ኦሮሚያ ክልል Oromia region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ወደ ኦሮሚያ ክልል የሚደረግ የተለያዩ ቦታዎችን ጉዞ አግዶል፡፡ ከኬንያ ድንበር ከሚያዋስነው አስር ኪሎሜትር ርቀት ያለው ስፍራ፣ ከዋናው መንገድና ከተማ በስተቀር፣ ምስራቅ ሸዋ ዞን መስቀለኛ መንገድ ደቡብና ምስራቅ አካባቢ እንዲሁም ሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን ኤ ስሪ መንገድ ፣ ምስራቅ ወለጋ ዞን ከአዲስ አበባ እስከ ጋምቤላ የመወስደው መንገድ፤ ምዕራብ ወለጋ ዞን፣ ቄለም ወለጋ እና ሆሮ ጉድሩ ወለጋ፣ የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ምስራቅ ጉጂ እና ጉጂ ዞን አስር ኪሎሜትር ርቀት፣ ኦሮሚያ ክልለዊ መንግስት በምዕራብ ሸዋ ዞን በሁለቱም በኩል ያለ መንገድ መኃል ወለንጪቲ እና መታህራ በኩል ለቱሪስት መንገደኞች የተከለከለ መንገድ ነው፡፡ FCDO advises against all travel to these areas of Oromia region: within 10km of the border with Kenya, except for principal roads and towns north of (but not including) the A4 road in West Shewa zone south and west of (but not including) the A3 road in North Shewa zone West Wollega zone (including the main Addis Ababa to Gambella road), East Wollega zone, Kellem Wollega and Horo Gudru Wollega FCDO advises against all but essential travel to: West Guji and Guji zones the road and 10km either side of the road between Welenchiti and Metehara on the A1 in East Shewa zone of Oromia regional state.
(6) ሶማሊያ ክልል Somali Regional State የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ ከኢትዮጵያ ድንበር መቶ ኪሎሜትር በኩል ሱማሊያና ኬንያ እንዲሁም የኢትዮጵያ ሱማሌ ክልል መንግሥት፣ ከኢትዮጵያ ድንበር ሠላሳ ኪሎሜትር በኩል ሱማሊያ በፈፋን ዞን በኩል በሁለቱም በኩል ያለ መንገድና ከተሞች መኃል በጂግጂጋ እና ዋጃል በኩል፣ በሲቲ ዞን በኩል፣ በኖጎብ (የቀድሞው ፊቅ) በኩል፣ በጃራር (የቀድሞው ደጋሃቡር) በኩል፣ በሸበሌ (የቀድሞው ጎዴ) በኩል፣ ቆራሔ እና ዶሎ (የቀድሞው ዋርዴር) በኩል፣ ሊበን እና አፍዴር ዞን መቶ ኪሎሜትር ከሱማሌና ኬንያ ድንበር በኩል ያሉት መንገዶች ለቱሪስቶች የተከለከሉ ናቸው፡፡FCDO advises against all travel to within: 100km of the Ethiopian border with Somalia and Kenya in Ethiopia’s Somali region 30km of the Ethiopian border with Somalia in Fafan zone, except the border town and crossing at Wajale, and the principal road between Jijiga and Wajale. FCDO advises against all but essential travel to: the Siti zone the Nogob (previously Fik) Jarar (previously Degehabur) Shabelle (previously Gode) Korahe and Dollo (previously Warder) areas of Liben and Afder zones more than 100km from the Somalia and Kenya borders
(7) ማዕከላዊ፣ ደቡብ፣ ሲዳማና የደቡብ ምስራቅ ክልል Central, Southern, Sidama and South West regions (formerly SNNPR) የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ የጉዞ እገዳ ማስጠንቀቂያ በማድረግ በኮንሶ ልዩ ዞን የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ብሔር ብሄረሰቦችና ህዝቦች ክልል ድንበር አስር ኪሎሜትር ርቀት ከደቡብ ሱዳንና ኬንያ ድንበር በኩል ተጎዦች አስፈላጊው ጥንቃቄ እንዲያደርጉ አሳስበዋል፡፡ FCDO advises against all but essential travel: to the Konso Special Woreda of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR) within 10km of the borders with South Sudan and Kenya
(8) ቤኒሻንጉል-ጉሙዝ ክልል Benishangul-Gumuz region የውጭ ጉዳይ ኮመን ዌልዝና ዲቨሎፕመንት ኦፊስ የጉዞ ማሳሰቢያ መሰረት በቤኒሻንጉል-ጉሙዝ ክልል ድንበር በኩል ሃያ ኪሎሜትር ርቀት ከሱዳን ወሰን በኩል መተከል ዞን እና ማኦኮሞ ልዩ ዞን እግዱ ያካትታል፡፡ FCDO advises against all travel to these areas of Benishangul-Gumuz region: within 20km of the border with Sudan the Metekel zone and Maokomo special zone. FCDO advises against all but essential travel to the rest of Benishangul-Gumuz region.
