. . . እስክንድር አዲስ አበባን ለመምራት ቴክኒካዊ እውቀት ላይኖረው ይችላል። ቢሆንም ብቁ የማዘጋጃ ቤት ሥራ አስኪያጅ (ባለሙያ) መቅጠር ይችላል። በቴክኒካዊ እውቀትም ቢሆን ባለፉት 30 አመታት የተፈራረቁት ኢ.ሕ.አ.ዴ.ግ. የመደባቸው የአዲስ አበባ ከንቲባዎች ከእስክንድር መደበኛ ትምህርት ጋር ሊወዳደሩ አይችሉም። ከተማዋን በማወቁ ረገድ አይስተካከሉትም።

ታላቁ እስክንድር ከንቲባዋ የሚሆን ከሆነ አዲስ አበባ በታሪኳ ብቁ መሪ ታገኛለች። ሌሎቹ የሌላቸው እስኬው ያሉት ፀጋዎች አሉ። ሚዛናዊነቱ፣ ለፍትሕ ያለው እሳቤ፣ ለከተማዋ ኗሪዎች ያለው ልዩ ፍቅር፣ ለሰላም ያለው ቁርጠኝነት ይጠቀሳሉ። ይህ ታላቅ ፀጋ ነውና የአዲስ አበባ ኗሪዎች እድሉ ሊያመልጣቸው አይገባም።

ባልደራስን ባይመርጡ አማራጩ ምንድን ነው? ሌላኛዋ አማራጭ አዳነች አበቤ ናቸው። በምርጫው ዋዜማ በአዲስ አበባ 42 ሺህ ስኩየር ሜትር ቦታ ለአማራ የባሕል ማዕከል ግንባታ መሰጠቱና 25 ሚሊዮን ብር ለፋሲል ከ.ነ.ማ. እግር ኳስ ቡድን መሰጠቱ ለድምፅ መግዣነት የቀረበ ቀብድ ነው። የኢትዮጵያዊነት አቀንቃኞችና የአማራ ብሔርተኞችን ድምፅ ለመግዛት የተወጠነ ታክቲክ ነው።

ይህንን ለምን በምርጫ ዋዜማ አደረጉት? ምክንያቱም የመደለልና የማደናገሩ (Convince & Confuse) ስትራቴጂ አካል ነው። ተቃዋሚዎችንና ሰፊውን ሕዝብ ማደናገር፣ ማስፈራራትና መደለል የብልፅግና ታክቲክና ስትራቴጂ አይደለም ወይ?

እንደሚታወቀው ከምርጫ በፊት ብሔራዊ መግባባት መደረግ እንዳለበት አምናለሁ። ሆኖም ወደ ምርጫ ለመግባት ከተገደድን አስተውለን ባልደራስን እንምረጥ። እጩ ተወዳዳሪዎቹ የአዲስ አበባ ምክር ቤት እንዲገቡ እናድርግ።

አዲስ ከባልደራስ እና ከእውነተኛ መሪዋ ከታላቁ እስክንድር ጋር ምቹ ነች!

I am happy that Bertukan has finally appeared in court and showed her compliance with the court’s decision. I was highly disappointed by NEBE’s decision both on this matter and their earlier decision to have separate days for the Addis and National elections. Even though late, I am happy that NEBE under Bertukan’s leadership is distancing from promoting the interest of the PM and allowing Talaqu Eskunder and his compatriots to run for election. NOW it is up to Addis residents to give them the landslide vote they deserve  and carry them to the Mayor’s office.

Eskinder may not have the technical knowledge to run a city but he can hire a city manager that is competent. Even on technical knowledge none of the EPRDF mayors in the past 30 years measure up with Eskunder’s formal education and knowledge of the city. Addis will get the most competent Mayor in its history if Talaqu Eskunder becomes its Mayor. What others lack and what Eskew has is his judgement, his sense of justice, his exceptional love for Addis residents, his unending optimism that truth will ultimately prevail, and above all his commitment for peace. These are great qualities and Addis residents should not miss the chance.

What is the option if Addis residents fail to elect Balderas? ADANECH ABEBE is the option. The 42,000 sq meter land grant to the Amhara Cultural Center, and the 25 million Birr gift to Fasil Kenema sport club on the eve of the election are tactics to buy the Ethiopian and Amhara nationalists votes. Why would the status quo do this on the eve of  the election? Because it is part of the “CONFUSE AND CONVINCE” strategy. Isn’t confusing, frustrating, and convincing the opposition and the people at large the tactic and strategy of the PP (Prosperity Party)?

It is well known that I prefer a NATIONAL DIALOGUE over elections, but if we are forced to have elections let us concentrate to elect Balderas and carry its candidates to the Addis City Council. ADDIS IS SAFE UNDER BALDERAS AND ITS GENUINE LEADER TALAQU ESKUNDER.
